15th year and Women in Business Contest Rules

 

1. No purchase necessary.

2. Contest runs from March 1st, 2015 until March 31st, 2015.

3. Limit 1 ballot per person.Ballots can be dropped off at the office, 24 Shore st., Bolton, ON

4. Contest is open to individuals who reside in Ontario and are 18 years of age or older.

5. There are a total of 3 prizes available to be won: $900 for first place, $600 for second place, $500 for third place. These prizes may not be exactly as depicted and we reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal value if original prizes can’t be awarded.

6. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received.

7. Selected entrants must answer a mathematical skill testing question and sign a release (verify that the winner has complied with contest rules, and releases Bolton Family Dental Centre from liability of the prize and use of winner’s likeness for publicity). Winners have 30 days to come to the office to collect their winnings.

8. No employees of Bolton Family Dental Centre or friends/family of these employees may enter.

9. Information collected from ballots will be used to contact them if they are a winner and/or they may also be contacted for the purpose of inquiring about needing dental services.

10. All decisions by Bolton Family Dental Centre are final and binding

11. We reserve right to cancel or modify contest if it determines that contest can’t be run as originally planned or if fairness or integrity of contest compromised.
